COVID-19 Protocol
This unexpected 2020 we have been forced to adapt to a situation that we do not yet know how long it will last and we hope to get out of it as soon as possible.
On June 22nd, after the confinement, we decided to reopen our Hotel Roquiño and of the A do borlo Gastronomic Space,
with the aim of offering the best safety and hygiene to our customers.
Since then, we have made a great effort to adapt all our protocols to comply with all the new regulations required by the health authorities at all times.
Mask use
For your safety and everyone's safety, the use of face masks is compulsory in all communal facilities.
Safety distance
You must keep a safe distance of 1.5 metres from other guests and hotel staff.
Hand hygiene
For safe entry you should sanitise your hands in the hydroalcoholic gel dispenser.
Disinfecting footwear

Reception
Reception hours from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. hours.
Entrance room
Check-in time in the rooms from 15h onwards.
Exit room
Check-out time for rooms before 12 noon
Rooms
Remember to leave it during the daily cleaning. During the cleaning the room will be ventilated.
Cleaning
Floors, furniture and the bathroom will be cleaned with disinfectant products. The rooms are disinfected with our disinfectants. PestWorker Fogger (http://www.pestworker.com/es/pw35/) and we use OxVirin as virucidal (High level disinfectant effective against enveloped viruses (CORONAVIRUS) according to European Standard UNE EN 14476. Product included in the list of virucides recommended by the Ministry of Health against COVID-19. Through a powerful engine manufactured by Samsung with 1250W power, our equipment creates a strong air flow that circulates through the chemical tank and and pass through a specially designed nozzle to atomise liquids with microscopic particle sizes in the order of 30 microns. Lingerie

- Friday and Saturday: 13:00 to 15:30 and 20:00 to 23:00.

Breakfast services
Monday to Friday: 07:00h to 10.00h. | Saturday and Sunday: 07:30h. to 10:30h. Breakfast will be with pre-selection of the same. During the check in we will indicate you the procedure to follow.
Lunch and dinner service.
Monday to Saturday: 13:00h. to 15:30h. | Friday and Saturday: 20:00h. to 22:00h.
