These conditions of use do not exclude the possibility that certain services provided through this website, due to their particular characteristics, may be subject to their own specific conditions of use.
The user declares that he/she has the necessary legal capacity to act and contract on the website in accordance with the conditions below, which he/she declares to understand and accept. Users who contract services through the ADOBORLO SL website declare that they are of legal age (18 years old).
ADOBORLO SL disclaims any responsibility for the content, information, opinions or comments disseminated through the Website and shall not be liable for the use that the User makes of such information.

Where is it? In the centre of Caldas de Reis, in the heart of the Camino de Santiago (Portuguese Way). Caldas de Reis offers nature and history, but also gastronomy, tradition and art... As a pilgrim or visitor Caldas de Reis is an unforgettable town. So don't forget to visit Hotel Roquiño.
Our rooms have free Wifi, cot on request, fridge and air conditioning. Pets are not allowed

In our restaurant, we work à la carte and we also include a set menu from Monday to Friday at lunchtime. You can also order food to be picked up on the premises.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Bookings are formalised directly through the ADOBORLO SL website and are processed through the SITEMINDER booking button tool, with no other intermediaries between ADOBORLO SL and the user, nor are there any conditions of use and booking other than those reflected in this document.
ADMISSION
All clients, after formalising their booking, will be given a document stating the name, type and category of the establishment, the full final price of the accommodation, the number or identification of the bedroom or bedrooms assigned, the number of places contracted, the check-in and check-out dates, as well as any other agreed conditions. The information corresponding to the full final price of the accommodation shall comply with the provisions of the applicable regulations.
This document, signed by the customer, shall be considered as proof for all purposes.
Very important:
On arrival at the hotel, the client is asked to show passport, ID card or identity card.
Check-in time is from 15:00, early check-in is only possible for guests who have previously checked in online. Check-out is until 12:00 noon the following day. A valid identity document is required and in case you have not provided it before, a debit/credit card will be requested as a guarantee. For bookings that have not been paid in advance according to the booking conditions, payment will be made at the time of check-in.
IF I HAVE TO CANCEL, WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
Flexible booking: the client can cancel free of charge without penalty up to 3 days before the arrival date. After this period, no refund of the amounts paid is foreseen.
Non-refundable reservation, the client has to pay at the time of booking confirmation and this amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation. There is the possibility of 1 change of date per booking, subject to availability. If the price is higher than the original booking the client will have to pay the difference, in case the amount is less than the original booking, this amount will not be refunded.
PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS
The price of each room is the price shown on our website or, in the case of a telephone booking, the price indicated to you at the time of booking.
Room prices are per room per night according to the chosen board and include VAT. The breakdown of the price, together with the applicable tax rate, can be seen on the website before formalising the reservation or, if the reservation is made by telephone, it will be indicated to you by telephone.
The collection of reserves takes place after the end of the grace period.
Flexible: 2 days before the entry date
Non-refundable: at the time of booking confirmation.
Transactions are processed through The Booking Button tool automatically.
RESPONSIBILITY
Overbooking: in the event that the client has a confirmed reservation but there are no rooms available, the Hotel will look for an equal or better alternative to the one booked and will cover the cost of the stay and possible travel.
Price: in the event that a higher amount than the established amount has been wrongly charged, the Hotel will make the refund, for which it is compulsory to physically have the card to which the amount has been charged.
Services: in the event of having contracted a service that the hotel can no longer offer, a voucher will be offered with the amount of the service and the clients will be able to enjoy it in drinks in the restaurant.

Complaint forms are available to customers. The form can be requested from our customer service department by telephone or by e-mail, and we will send it to the address you indicate. You can also request it in person at our establishment.
OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION (SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES)
Disputes between the parties arising out of contracts concluded exclusively by electronic means may be settled out of court through the online dispute resolution platform published by the European Commission, where you will find all the information you need to take appropriate action.

JURISDICTION AND COMPETENCE
